a. Processing Time: After receiving your order, our team will process it within 2-5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your order is from a (Restock) it can take 4-7 weeks to arrive.
b. Delivery Time: Our standard shipping timeframe is 5-7 business days from the date of order processing. However, please understand that delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier performance, and other factors beyond our control.
c. Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
9. Refunds Due to Shipping Delays (External Issues)
In the event that an order has not been shipped or delivered due to external circumstances beyond MERA’s control (including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions), the customer may be eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was scheduled to be shipped and the package has not yet been dispatched, the customer may request a full refund of the amount paid.
Once the request is received, our team will verify the order status and process the refund within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
This refund policy applies only if the package has not been shipped. If the package has already been shipped and has an active tracking number, the matter will be handled in accordance with the shipping carrier’s policies.
MERA reserves the right to request additional documentation or information to validate any refund claim.
